1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdtk1 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to bdtk1's website, mobile application and any associated digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

By creating an account on bdtk1, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Definitions

"Services" — bdtk1's casino, sports betting, slots and other gaming activities.
"Account" — The user's registered personal profile.
"Wallet" — The balance management service for the user within the platform.
"Bonus" — Any promotional offer provided by the platform, available subject to specific conditions.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use bdtk1's services, applicants must be residents of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they will all be closed.

Any unusual activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
Creating an account under a third party's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

bdtk1 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not submitted within the specified period after receiving a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended. 3 Financial Transactions and Payments

bdtk1 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
The correct reference number and transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
The user is solely responsible for all steps involved in sending funds until they are credited to the account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered mobile banking number — requests to send to a different number will not be accepted.
Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits or withdrawals using a mobile banking account not registered in the user's own name are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdtk1 runs various bonus offers for its members. Each bonus is provided under specific conditions, and it is the user's responsibility to read those conditions in full before use.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to become eligible to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering has been completed.
The validity period for using a bonus is stated separately in each offer's details.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
bdtk1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

bdtk1's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier, representing a portion of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% cashback, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Cashback example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on active participation and platform usage. No specific turnover figure is published — tier changes occur through regular and responsible play.

5 Gaming Activities and Prohibited Conduct

All games on bdtk1 are operated using a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are broadcast in real time through professional dealers.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

Each game has its own rules described separately — please read them before playing.
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, bdtk1 will resolve the situation accordingly.
Any system error or bug that is identified must be reported to the support team immediately — exploiting such errors is prohibited.
The use of automated software, bots or any form of automation is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.

Operating an account under a false identity.
Unauthorised access to another member's account.
Any form of collusion or coordinated fraud.

5.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the odds published by bdtk1 apply for a specific time period. Live odds may change after a match begins. Detailed rules for cricket betting are described separately on the platform. If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

bdtk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

A breach of any clause of these Terms.
Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
Evidence of participation in any illegal activity.
The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also close their own account at any time — contact the support team via live chat or email to do so. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible play.

7 Privacy and Data Protection
